Janelle was born and raised in the small town of Millis, Massachusetts. She started taking dance and gymnastics at a very young age. Soon she found herself involved in talent and modeling competitions where she accumulated quite a collection of trophies. But it was when Janelle was in high school that she got involved with a theatre company and realized her true love of Musical Theatre. She worked with Online Repertory Company for several years until she went to College. She chose a school for its Musical Theatre program and found herself at the school she dreamed of attending, Boston Conservatory. During her four years at the Conservatory, she studied many different things including, stage management, directing, set building, music theory, many stlyes of dance, acting, voice, and more. After graduating from the Conservatory, she had the wonderful opportunity to tour all throughout Europe with "Guys and Dolls." Then she returned to Boston where she continued to perform on stage and also worked as a hand model in commercials. She then decided to go South for a while. Janelle moved to Orlando, Florida where she worked at Walt Disney World as a Stunt Woman. She was trained extensively in stage combat and many different stunts that at first seemed quite impossible. After conquering the heights and the heat she realized it was time to move to NYC. Shortly after moving to New York she was cast in the National Tour of "The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas" starring Ann-Margret. With that show she traveled all throughout the nation playing some of the biggest theatres in the country. It was on this tour that Janelle picked up a guitar for the first time and now she plays and writes music. When the "Whorehouse" closed she wasn't home for long, she did two more National Tours back to back "Spiderman Live! A Stunt Spectacular" and "The Producers." Now Janelle is back in New York where she works on various television shows and movies in the city. She is thrilled to be able to work in New York and be home with her husband, Chris and beautiful baby boy, Tony!
